From the minute I arrived at the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a festive atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with snacks and a mini bar. The hotel facilities, especially the rooftop, were absolutely divine.
