We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed some great views of downtown. The bathroom was also great, with everything we needed and more. The breakfast was brilliant, with high-quality food that was not overly expensive. As UK travelers, we were happy to find a great cup of tea with cold milk. The hotel's location was pretty good for exploring downtown, and we were able to walk to the metro in just 5 to 10 minutes. If we wanted to go to the Dodgers stadium, Universal, or Griffith Park, we could easily use the metro or take a quick and affordable Uber ride. we couldn't fault this hotel. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We definitely got great value for our money.
Nothing to dislike.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was incredibly quiet. The hotel itself looked brand new and was impeccably clean. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, with a great selection of high-quality food. The staff provided first-rate service. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for my business appointment in downtown. It was within walking distance to many of DTLA's restaurants, bars, and hidden treasures like the adjacent LA Public Library. Furthermore, the hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to access DTLA attractions such as the arenas and theater. The parking and transportation options were also convenient, and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

I stayed at a hotel in this city and had a great experience. The best aspects were the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the gym, which had top-notch equipment. Another highlight was the comfortable beds, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The location was also convenient, with the hotel being close to a metro station and a short distance from California.
The worst aspect was that I couldn't stay longer.
The hotel staff made a mistake with the room assignment, resulting in a 6am wake-up call.
