We loved the hotel's cleanliness, excellent facilities, and convenient location near Soho, Greenwich Village, and the subway. The breakfast options were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Hard to think of anything, honestly.
The staff was incredibly helpful and the location was fantastic. Lots of places to walk and easy to catch transportation. The hotel had beautiful common spaces and a private courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided free bikes.

The location of activities is fantastic - close to the subway, Hudson River Park, shopping in Soho and Tribeca, dining in the West Village, and walking to the Meatpacking District and Chelsea Market. The hotel facilities are impressive, with a good restaurant and outdoor patio, rooftop bar, lounge, 24-hour grab-and-go food bar. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service.
Nothing not to like.
The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of areas to relax, enjoy a drink, or do work. The outdoor garden was a beautiful and tranquil space to unwind. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, providing excellent service and always being friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal, with an abundance of nearby restaurants and excellent shopping in the trendy Soho neighborhood. We also appreciated the convenience of transportation options available to explore this city.
Not obvious to find.
The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel very welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to subway stations for traveling around the city, as well as being close to the Hudson River and popular neighborhoods like Soho and Greenwich Village. The cleanliness of the room was superb, and the hotel facilities were excellent. a great experience!
